|Living With Intention||
We are a mere 3 days away from Easter, the end of Lent, and the day that I can once again rejoice in the caffeinated goodness that is Diet Coke. Normally I would not find Diet Coke to be worthy of its own blog posting, however for the past week I have been able to think of little else. It’s like when you really have to use the bathroom, the closer you get the worse you have to go. (Too much? Sorry.) My point is that the closer I get to the end of my Lenten “sacrifice,” the more I want it. My coffee intake has skyrocketed to make up for the lack of caffeine. I have a lonely six pack of mini Diet Cokes in my fridge which I have been staring at longingly for 37 days. I’m going home this weekend for Easter and told my Dad to make sure the fridge is STOCKED with Diet Coke. Which is funny, because I don’t drink that much of it normally, but now that I haven’t had it, I’m ravenous. Anyhow, just needed to get that off my chest. I have three days to go, I can do this!!
